2. Send Red Packet
Enter the red packet feature page (https://www.weex.com/zh-CN/redpacket/sendGifts)
Send Red Packet - Click the create button to start creating a red packet
Claim Red Packet - Enter the red packet password (supports one-click paste) to claim the red packet
Sending Operation
1. Select Red Packet Type
Standard Red Packet - Each person claims the same amount set by you
Random Red Packet - Fixed total red packet amount, each person claims a random amount
2. Enter Number of Red Packets
3. Enter Amount
Standard Red Packet - Enter the amount per person
Random Red Packet - Enter the total red packet amount
4. Select Currency (default USDT)

Rule Description
Send Red Packet
Fund Support: You can use any currency from your spot account to send red packets; the corresponding funds will be frozen when sending.
Red Packet Types: Can create random red packets, standard red packets, and share QR codes/passwords with friends.
Claim Red Packet
Friend Claim: Friends can claim by scanning your shared QR code or entering the password; funds will be deposited into their fund accounts in real-time.
New User Notice: New users need to complete registration before claiming red packets.
Important Rules
Validity Period: Each red packet is valid for 48 hours from creation; unclaimed funds after expiration will be automatically refunded to your account.
Claim Restrictions:
· Each red packet can only be claimed once per person.
· To ensure security, the system detects abnormal claim behavior and may impose restrictions on claim amounts and frequency.

Q1: What is the platform red packet?
A: The platform red packet is a feature that allows you to send digital currencies from your account as gifts to friends or claim red packet gifts sent by others. After friends claim it, funds go directly into their platform account.
Q2: What does it mean when funds are frozen when sending a red packet? Does it affect trading?
A: Freezing ensures the red packet amount is valid. After sending, the corresponding funds are deducted from your available balance and locked. These frozen funds cannot be used for trading or other operations until the red packet is fully claimed or expires and is refunded, then they are unfrozen back to your available balance.
Q3: Can I withdraw a red packet that has been sent out?
A: Very sorry, once a red packet is generated and shared, it cannot be manually withdrawn. If you sent it by mistake, you can wait for the 24-hour validity period to pass, and unclaimed funds will automatically return to your account.
Q4: Why can't I claim the red packet after scanning the QR code?
A: Unable to claim may be due to the following reasons, please check:
Red Packet Fully Claimed: The red packet amount has been fully claimed.
You Have Already Claimed: Each red packet can only be claimed once per person.
Does Not Meet Sender's Settings: The sender may have set conditions like "New Users Only" or "Invited Friends Only".
Red Packet Expired: The red packet has exceeded the 24-hour validity period.
Network or App Issue: Please check network connection or try restarting the App.
Q5: Where can I view the funds I claimed?
A: Funds are deposited into your fund account in real-time after successful claim. You can view the balance changes for the corresponding currency in [Assets] - [Spot Account].
Q6: Are there any restrictions on sending or claiming red packets?
A: To ensure fund security, the platform sets limits on the maximum amount per red packet and the maximum number of sends per user per day. Specific limits are as per page prompts.
Q7: Where do the funds go after the red packet is refunded? Why can't I see them?
A: Expired refunded funds are unfrozen in the original currency and returned to your [Spot Account]. Please check the balance in the spot account, not the fund account.
Q8: What should I do if the red packet link or password is leaked?
A: Red packet sending is not targeted. Next time, it is recommended to use the "Advanced Settings" feature to limit the claim scope (e.g., invited friends only). For this red packet, you can only wait for it to automatically expire and refund after 48 hours.
